Basic Assessment – £1,500.

An analysis of your existing Digital Marketing & Media Strategy, looking at the overarching direction, objectives, performance against KPIs and capabilities of your current Paid Media set-up. This could answer certain questions such as, “How do I generate and harvest demand?”, or “How can I increase the Awareness of my Brand?”.

For start-ups, this involves assessing the current position of the business and gaining an appreciation for the desired state, developing a Stage One roadmap.

The Basic Assessment is produced in the form of a hard copy document with clear next steps illustrated.

Training – POA

The level of training required is dependant on existing knowledge of Digital Marketing & Media, but is traditionally pitched at a Marketing Management level for individuals tasked with building and delivering the Media Strategy. The training covers the four key areas of strategic development (Measurement, Data, Technology & Creative) as well as planning principles and moving into delivery. Channel specific training can be provided at request.

5-Hour Monthly Retainer – £1,000 pm.

Upon establishing a Basic Assessment of the Digital Marketing & Media proposition of your business, I offer an ongoing 5-hour mini retainer service which allows Clients the support to see the next steps through.

Advice and guidance normally takes multiple forms across ad-hoc digital marketing guidance, pre-campaign launch planning, digital transformation, agency or partner assessment, performance benchmarking or a look at the future headwinds facing your Digital Marketing & Media proposition.
